The Tiger's Trail: Ranthambore Safari

Four jeep safaris in India's most famous tiger reserve

4 Days / 3 Nights North India · Rajasthan from $750 per person
Wild Bengal tiger standing in the dry grass of an Indian tiger reserve

Tour overview

Seek out the majestic Bengal Tiger on this focused 4-day wildlife adventure in Ranthambore National Park, one of the best places in India to spot tigers in the wild. The park, a former royal hunting ground, is also home to leopards, sloth bears, striped hyenas, crocodiles and more than 300 species of birds, all set around a dramatic 10th-century fort that rises from the forest.

This short tour includes four jeep safaris, two at dawn and two in the late afternoon, to maximise your chances of a sighting. An expert naturalist accompanies every drive and explains tracks, alarm calls and the individual tigers of each zone. You stay in a jungle lodge with all meals included, and we collect you from Sawai Madhopur railway station, just 2 hours by train from Jaipur and 4.5 hours from Delhi. Ranthambore is the perfect add-on to the Golden Triangle or Royal Rajasthan tours.
